2. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up or log in.
  • Inventory Data: The names, descriptions, locations, quantities, and structure of items you catalog in your motorhome.
  • Photos: Images you upload to the service for AI analysis. These photos are resized and stored securely on Google Cloud storage based on your subscription plan.
  • Usage Data: Technical logs, active sessions, API request counts, and statistics related to your AI usage.
  • Payment Information: Transaction details, billing addresses, and subscription statuses processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details directly.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including:

  • Creating and managing your user account and motorhome inventory.
  • Processing your text, voice, and photo inputs via Gemini AI models to construct structured actions.
  • Managing subscription upgrades, payments, and billing details via Stripe.
  • Enabling offline storage synchronization when network access is restored.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting errors.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data and inventory are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure in encrypted databases. Photo retention is managed based on your subscription tier:

  • Weekender (Free): Photos are processed in real-time but not stored.
  • Tourer: Photos are stored for 30 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
  • Full-Timer: Photos are stored permanently until deleted by the user or the account is closed.

If you close your account, we trigger a cascade deletion which permanently purges all profile data, places, locations, photos, and item records from our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted sub-processors only as necessary to run our service:

  • Google Cloud / Firebase: For account authentication, hosting, database storage, and file persistence.
  • Google Gemini AI API: To parse natural language descriptions and recognize items in photos.
  • Stripe: For secure payment processing, subscriptions, and billing portal access.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing platforms or third parties.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have rights under data protection laws (such as UK GDPR or EU GDPR) including:

  • The right to access and download your inventory data (available via CSV/PDF export).
  • The right to rectify inaccurate data.
  • The right to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.
