1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StowingIt Motorhome Edition (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StowingIt Motorhome Edition provides an AI-powered inventory tracking solution for motorhome owners, allowing users to organize items and locations within a single motorhome via text, voice, and photo inputs. The Service is offered as both a free plan (Weekender) and paid subscription tiers (Tourer and Full-Timer).

3. User Accounts and Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email or a supported third-party identity provider (e.g. Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Subscription Fees: Paid tiers (Tourer and Full-Timer) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in the settings menu.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice before any price adjustments take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or store files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service infrastructure.
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automation or scraping.
  • Submit photos or text containing illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI item/location recognition will always be 100% accurate. Under no circumstances shall StowingIt or its parent company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including the loss of inventory data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, assets, patents, and trademarks related to StowingIt are the exclusive property of StowingIt and its licensors. Your inventory data and uploaded photos remain your property, and you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
